Discharge of contract-解除合同
Discharge is the way that a contract comes to an end.
Four ways of discharge:
(a) Mutual agreement.
(b) Frustration (by factors such as a war or natural disaster).
(c) Performance (Most contracts discharged this way).
(d) Breach.
When a contract is not discharged by performance or agreement between the parties (or ended by factors outside the control of the parties), there is a breach of contract.
