Tests to Determine Status of a Worker-用于確定工作人員狀態(tài)的測(cè)試

The following tests have been developed one after another to determine it:

Control test:

Original test applied by the courts, relying on the amount of control that one person had over the other. With a high degree of control, the court would assume that a contract of service existed between an employer and an employee.

Integration test:

A test of the extent to which the individual is integrated into the business of his actual/alleged employer.
