Debentures and loan capital-債券和貸款資本
Loan capital:
Loan capital represents all longer term borrowing of a company.
Borrowing must be repaid with interest, while share capital is only returned to shareholders when the company is wound up.
Debentures:
Debentures are documents that acknowledge borrowing by a company.
The debenture-holders are lenders/creditors of the company.
